Selected as the mechanical contractor for the replacement of this 12,000 MBH central boiler plant, we were tasked with replacing four boiler flues, buried in a shaft behind elevators. The plans called for demo of the elevator bank and shaft for replacement of the flues. We were able to prefabricate and insulate these forty-foot flues and install them with no disruption to the elevator bank and provide great savings to our customer.
