Building Des Moines from the Ground Up Since 2004
I don’t just manage mechanical projects; I’ve lived them. My career began in the trenches as a Local 33 apprentice, where I learned that a successful build is defined by precision in the field and integrity in the office.
Today, as a Mechanical Project Manager, I bridge the gap between complex engineering and on-the-ground execution. With over two decades of experience—ranging from hands-on steamfitting to leading $21M corporate renovations—I specialize in taking high-stakes projects from conceptual budgeting through final commissioning.
Key Perspectives
Field-First Perspective: Having been named “Apprentice of the Year” early in my career, I respect the craft. I work seamlessly with field leadership to ensure every project meets code, stays on schedule, and exceeds specifications.
VDC & Tech-Forward: I lead BIM and Virtual Design Coordination, using modern preconstruction tools to solve problems digitally before they ever reach the job site.
Financial Precision: Whether it’s a $1M school upgrade or a $11M corporate headquarters, I provide transparent forecasting and competitive bidding that owners can rely on.
From Institutional Project to Corporate Campuses, I am proud to help build the infrastructure of our community.
